2. Price information
Talk4 will publish its current Access Charge and other retail call charges applicable to its tariffs. Where a service provider sets a separate Service Charge, that charge is not controlled by Talk4 but must be presented by the party promoting the service in accordance with applicable rules.
3. Barring and spend control
Where technically available, customers may request relevant call or premium-service barring. Mobile bill-limit rules apply to Talk4’s mobile service charges as required by law, but do not necessarily cap the complete third-party price of a premium service.
4. Unexpected premium charges
Customers should contact Talk4 if they do not recognise a charge. We will provide available billing information and explain whether the charge relates to Talk4 access or a third-party premium-rate service. Complaints about regulated phone-paid services may also fall within Ofcom’s premium-rate regulatory framework.
