If you're concerned about how we've handled your personal data, you can raise a privacy complaint. We'll route it to the right team without you having to start your complaint history again.
How we handle it
Privacy complaints are reviewed by our data-protection owner. A privacy complaint is not treated as a standard telecoms ADR case where it falls outside the ADR scheme's jurisdiction.
