Use the online form, message us in My Talk4, call, email or write to us. Choose whatever suits you — you never have to use a digital-only route.
What information to include
Your account or order reference if you have it, the service affected, what happened, and the outcome you'd like. Please don't send full passwords, PINs or unnecessary personal data.
What happens next
We'll acknowledge your complaint, investigate it fairly and keep you updated. We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and will explain our decision.
Escalating your complaint
If you're unhappy with progress, ask us to escalate. If we reach a final position we'll issue a deadlock letter so you can seek independent review.
Accessibility support
We support disabled and vulnerable customers, authorised representatives, Relay UK and accessible-format communications. See accessibility support.
Privacy complaints
Concerns about how we handle your data can be raised directly. Raise a privacy complaint.
Independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Eligible residential customers, small businesses with up to 10 employees, and qualifying not-for-profit organisations can normally refer an unresolved complaint to an independent ADR scheme after six weeks, or earlier if we issue a deadlock letter. Our approved ADR provider is to be confirmed — contact us for the current scheme details. Using an eligible ADR scheme is free for customers.
Ofcom does not resolve individual disputes, but may use complaints for regulatory monitoring.
Independent advice / Ofcom
Free, independent advice is available from consumer bodies. Ofcom regulates communications providers and may use complaints for monitoring, but does not resolve individual disputes.
